Beginning with the high quality, gluten free grain, our vodka is six times distilled. The liquid is then twice filtered using the purest Oregon water. The first filtration smooths and rounds out the liquid. The second provides a high quality polish and imparts subtle character that is indigenous to the Pacific Northwest.
