Health Digital is a growing health technology company based out of NYC and Tampa. IIt’s a new twist on traditional VC in that instead of investing capital into startups, HD creates "co-ventures," investing free or discounted technology development in exchange for equity (essentially becoming the CTO). The idea is that sometimes either initial capital or technical expertise is a rate limiting step when trying to create a transformative company. We work to alleviate both restraints. We have 5 companies in the portfolio as of now and are adding a 3 more in the coming weeks. We have 3 distinct verticals1.) Co-ventures- As above- we work with the co-founders building product, coordinating hospital pilots and improve brand awareness across healthcare 2.) We build app/websites/ etc. for hospitals and healthcare organizations becoming the digital arm of the organization 3.)
