Holistic Life is a wellness program developed to help clients get focused, motivated and moving on the areas that feel stuck, unsatisfying, or overwhelming. After only three weeks, we will have created a goals and support plan directing you towards a fantastic life plan that you will have created.Over the course of 3, 6 or 12 months, clients determine which life components and areas they'd like improved. Together, we write up an action plan that details their goals and how they can be achieved. As the client is working with their plan, we are exploring their identity, root beliefs about themselves and the world, improve support outside of coaching, and keep a positive spotlight on their progress.
