The Housing Contractors of California (formerly CALPASC) is a non-profit trade association of independent specialty contractors, related suppliers, and affiliate members. Our members and staff work together in an organized, professional manner on important issues that affect our businesses and industry. At the local and state levels, we provide a wide range of services and programs such as advocacy, training and seminars, members-only access to our extensive resource center (e.g.: contract review), member toolbox, and other membership benefits.
