We are a social organization focused on helping Black and brown women heal from perfectionism through practical and accessible wellness practices. Our goal is for women of color to invest in their mental well-being, rediscover their self-worth, and live flourishing lives in personal and professional spaces. We offer workshops, coaching, resources and public speaking in an effort to empower WOC to rebel against perfectionism and show as as their human selves, always and in all ways.
