Cindy Koning, Principal of Inkwell, is passionate about strengthening organizations and bringing new initiatives to life. Through various nonprofit roles and eight years in affordable housing, Cindy became a seasoned grant writer, compliance manager and project leader and helped many organizations, large and small, achieve their own funding goals. With experience in both the for profit and the non-profit sectors, honed her problem-solving and communication skills which she has applied in the areas of affordable housing, the arts, youth development, and community organizing.
