IWN is a not-for-profit community interest company, based in Cornwall. Our aim is to create a space where women can create connections and beloning, through events, workshops, and activities. We provide a space and platform to inspire learning and growing together, through our activies, workshops, and events. We promote equality, cultural diversity, community cohesion, and social inclusion through empowering support, active community engagement, social media campaigning. and a wide range of events. We offer a space for women to thrive and belong, through both individual and collective support. We offer 1-1 support, training, social groups and workshops. Our community support work focuses on promoting and celebrating equality, diversity, and culture in Cornwall by breaking down barriers, building bridges, and promoting dialogue and understanding. We do this by providing a wide range of cultural and social activites and events, talks and courses, and a variety of creative workshops that bring people together, and strengthens communities. IWN offers an independent and confidential advocacy service for women and girls living in Cornwall. Our non-judgemental service ensures your wishes, concerns, and views are heard, and your choices respected. We can assist you in accessing information, and can attend meetings with you in a supportive role. We can assist with various matters, including racial harassment, discrimination, housing and homelessness, money and debt, or whatever issue you may be facing. We are constantly growing and adapting to the changes of society, in order to better benefit our community.
