Integrated Processing Solutions is a consulting firm specializing in aiding condominium projects to gain or maintain their approval with HUD/FHA. Beginning February 1, 2010, condominium projects were no longer eligible for FHA financing unless they were on HUD's approved condo list. In addition, HUD now requires that condominium projects go through a recertification process every two years. These changes made by HUD also affect other housing programs such as the USDA Rural Development program and CHFA in the state of Connecticut. These two programs now run exclusively on HUD's approved condo list.
