IDS is a general contractor with over 38 years of experience both priming large design-build construction projects and providing specialty systems integration services. Our projects typically average between $250K-$4 Million, but have been as large as $7 Million (i.e., Denver International Airport & Washington Dulles International Airport) and $7 Million (i.e., Amtrak Philadelphia 30th Street Station). IDS is a financially strong corporation. We have a completely unencumbered $4 Million Line of Credit and a $30 Million Aggregate Bond-Rating with the A+ Rated "Atlantic Specialty Insurance Company."IDS' talented staff of program managers, project managers, systems engineers, network administrators, and field service technicians design and certify Division 1-28 plans and specifications. We professionally manage schedules and resources for all phases of construction, with a consistent emphasis and application of program management, safety management, and quality assurance and control. We also provide a full array of efficient and effective preventive and corrective maintenance services for our customers, via our 24x7 help desk and both 24x7 on-site and/or on-call SLA's.
