International Zouk is a non commercial organization aimed to promote Brazilian Zouk - a partner dance - across the world, mainly by organizing an annual International Zouk Day (former International Zouk Flash Mob).The International Zouk Day is a worldwide celebration of zouk, including a flash mob danced by few thousands people all around the world at the same day in September (the third saturday or sunday). The event is held since September 2012 each year in more than 30 countries and over 100 cities.Seven members of the organizing team are based in Brazil, Ukraine, Netherlands, Cyprus, Australia and India. All communication between the organizing team and the local coordinators is done entirely by social media.
