STRATEGIC WRITINGDevelopment of grants, tenders and business casesThis includes the early work of facilitating consortia and developing Memorandums of Understanding that create the framework for diverse groups to collaborate. Clients include community health services, groups of community service providers working together to pitch for government funding, along with businesses and individuals. Workshops to teach grant writing and tender writingThese are delivered as information sessions, training seminars and as part of conferences and events. Strategic documents Including governance models, business plans, program logics, risk and evaluation frameworks. EFFECTIVE ENGAGEMENTWe work with enterprises and community organisations who want to effect change, assisting them to start generating community backing for their issue or idea; give a persuasive pitch; and build momentum. CONVERSATIONS WITH PURPOSEConversations about change often aren't easy. For individuals, we provide confidential one-to-one mentoring and coaching. For teams, we offer action learning: a process that involves a small group working on real problems, taking action, and learning as individuals, as a team, and as an organisation. It helps people and organisations develop creative, flexible and successful strategies.
