K-Fit Studio is an individually owned business focused on the health and wellness of it's members through fitness programs and classes tailored to meet each specific need. The catalyst to K-Fit Studio was the closing of an Integrative Wellness Center on the North Shore of Boston, and it's inspiration coming from the owner Kristen M. Wood.Kristen is a breast cancer survivor that promised herself and others to passionately battle and defeat a deadly disease. Now having won her battle with cancer, she brings both her knowledge as a Certified Personal Trainer, and Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant, with her vigor and passion for life, to help others beat the challenges of fitness and health they face every day. Thus K-Fit Studio is born, offering a variety of tailored programs to a broad audience of all fitness levels, from clinical populations to those seeking general fitness.
