Founded by Melbourne-born Nutritionist, Kayla Furmanczyk. Kayla obtained her Masters in Human Nutrition in 2017, where she completed the degree in Australia and in Copenhagen, Denmark. K Health was founded with the aim to educate as many women as possible on gut-health, and the impact it has on the body as a whole. Kayla's mission is to inspire as many people as possible, to be the best and most healthiest version of themselves.K Health uses a holistic approach when working with clients, focusing on the gut, body and mind. When not running one-on-one consultations, educating groups of women through seminars focusing on gut-health, hormone health and other areas of wellness.K Health is branching out into Corporate Wellness, where she uses the same holistic approach by giving advice on workplace ergonomics, mindfulness, exercise, nutrition and providing recommendations to companies to get the most out of their employees. Engagement within the workplace has not only proven to lead to a better workplace culture, but greater productivity of employees. With a larger scale goal in place, creating awareness around gut-health and holistic wellness worldwide is Kayla's mission.
