Kang Yang Manufactory has been specialized in nylon bag processing since our establishment in Taiwan, 1985. It was only until 1995 when we relocated ourselves in Ping Hu town, Shenzhen in mainland China.Currently, we have 12000 square meters of factory building and over 1200 professional staffs with the capability of producing approximately 1.8 million complicated bags per year. Our higher management professionals and technicians have about 25 years of experience in bags production and it is their belief to ensure customer satisfaction.We first achieved the award of ISO9001 quality control system authentication in 1999. Up until now, this system has been upgraded five times. Clear and well-defined individual responsibilities, as well as standard operating procedures have proved to safeguard the best product quality.To adapt the European and the US environmental protection requirements, we have invested heavily in importing the detecting instruments from US and constructed a detecting laboratory of our own, capable of performing tests on heavy metal content of materials. Our other research includes tensile strength of hardware and plastic buckle, tearing strength of fabric and de-colorization processes etc. These series of experiments have enabled us to develop a high-end market for our customers' products.
