My approach to therapy is collaborative and relational. While woundings often occur in relationship, I also believe that healing happens in relationship. In navigating life woundings, we join together as a team to create safety, security, and trust in order to understand what brought you into the therapy. Therapeutically, I have experience with individual, couples, and group therapy, trauma intensives, experiential therapy, equine therapy, eating disorder recovery, substance abuse recovery, and 12-Step programs. I am committed to the belief that full recovery is possible. Additionally, I am trained in Eye-Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Emotionally-Focused Therapy (EFT).
