We are a small group of coaches based in Luxembourg looking to provide people with a social and fun way of staying fit and healthy. We understand that sport is more than just about keeping fit, we aim to create an energetic atmosphere with an aim to push and motivate you to reach your goals. we offer outdoor group classes, nutrition classes, boot camps and one-on-one personal training. We have group classes Mondays-Saturdays with multiple times and locations.
