The Practice of L2K was formed in April of 2003 when the practices of M Laatoe and Associates, Key Quantity Surveying and Vantyu and Kotze decided to join forces. The combination of our complimentary strengths and experience as well as our shared vision for the future of our country and our profession made the formation of L2K the ideal vehicle for the furtherance of our combined aims and objectives in this regard.Amongst us we have a combined total of over 50 years of experience as Registered Professional Quantity Surveyors and are dedicated to applying this experience to satisfy the changing needs of our clients and the industry as well as passing on the benefit of this experience to the next generation.Work typically undertaken by L2K comprises projects generally in the R3 Million to R500 Million range, although smaller projects will be undertaken for valued clients. Sound relationships with client organisations, other consultants, contractors, suppliers and subcontractors which have been built up individually over the years remain our most valuable asset. We aim to build on our proud track record of quality service and reliability.It is L2K's mission to create and maintain a professional image by providing a high standard of professional competence to the satisfaction of our clients and to provide an honest and fair assessment or opinion in all of our dealings.
