We started Lani to bring it to the mainstream by allowing 3D printing with one click, without downloading software or even using a computer.What's unique about our approach is how we created a platform that can easily scale multiple machines, people, materials and devices. We also created a payment platform that enables users to open their machines for others to use at a cost (With automatic queuing). We found that most people today buying 3D printers and other advanced manufacturing machinery are not using them personally, but rather as a shared resource within a school or organization (factories, companies, makerspaces, incubators, offices, etc).
