The Lilly Hoffman Heart Foundation was established in 2011 by the Hoffman family when one of their youngest children, Lilly Jane Hoffman was diagnosed with several congenital heart defects. The mission at the Lilly Hoffman Heart Foundation is to aid families with children who suffer from Congenital Heart Defects. Each year throughout the world thousands of children are diagnosed with severe heart defects. The desire of this foundation is to provide families with financial assistance and support to cope with the difficulties that they must overcome during their time of need. With your help we believe that this foundation can make a difference by "Helping One Heart at a Time". The foundation is completely run by volunteers, which enables it to use all of its fundraising dollars to directly help save the lives of children with CHD.
