I am a former university level football player at Saint Mary's University. Though sports have always been in my life, fitness has always been my true passion. I began consistently going to the gym in the 10th grade, trying to gain confidence and better myself. I quickly fell in love with the life style and all the benefits that came from it. Since then I have been encouraging and helping others fall in love with this lifestyle as well.I've trained under many different top tier coach's for football and have brought their knowledge and experience on work ethic, motivation, achieving goals and athleticism along with me. Along with this I have years of personal training experience, bodybuilding experience, weight loss (dieting and exercise) and size gaining.
