The Master in "GDPR & Privacy Compliance" aims to create experts on the complex issue of personal data protection in the modern digital society. The course aims to respond to the training needs in a sector of great importance and with interesting employment opportunities two years after the implementation of the General Data Protection Regulation (EU Reg. 2016/679) which has fully systematized the subject by introducing professional figures to hoc. The Course, in this sense, qualifies for the professional figures of: privacy consultant, data protection officer, privacy manager, privacy assessor and privacy specialist. The goal is to provide the bases and contents necessary for high professional training (set by the technical standard UNI 11697-2017) through a high quality standard offered by the presence of a group of experts of clear fame and undisputed experience and professionalism. The Course has the support of Authority (for the protection of personal data) officials, with their considerable experience in the drafting of the provisions of the Garante and in the inspection activity of companies and PAs. Also university professors, magistrates, public managers and lawyers experts in the sector, are involved in the didactic activities in order to propose to the learners the subject "privacy" correctly framed and applied to the various legal and economic areas. The goal is both training new professional figures and updating professionals working in the field of data processing.The course is aimed at public and private employees, consultants, freelancers and job seekers who intend to specialize in the specific sector of privacy protection.The course includes training activities for a total of 30 credits (750 total hours).
