Metric Coffee Co. is an independently owned and operated Chicago based coffee roaster and (very soon) retailer located in the historic industrial corridor of West Fulton Market.Our constant desire is to share what is good and exciting about coffee - to find the aspects of it that speak to people. We wish to never stop learning. For us this trade - the art of coffee sourcing, roasting, cupping, and serving - is a passion ingrained in our bones. This is what led us to start our business and what motivates us today. We are firm in our belief that hard work, determination and consistency not only make for great coffee, but also earn us the friendship and trust of those we work with and serve.
