مبادرة الفجيرة هي مجموعة شبابية طلابية تعمل على ترسيخ مبدأ العمل التطوعي وتهدف إلى تطوير وتنمية قدرات ومهارات أفراد المجتمع وتحويل الطاقات الكامنة لدى الشباب الفتي إلى طاقات إيجابية والنهوض بهم لتقديم أفضل الخدمات والممارسات لإبراز الذات وازدياد الثقة بالنفس والقدرة على الإنتاج الإيجابي وإرتفاع المستوى الإبداعي التعليمي.Mubadarat Al-Fujairah (Fujairah initiative) is youth group of students working on establishing the principle of voluntary work.The initiative aims to develop the capabilities and skills of community members and convert their potential to positive energies and the advancement of their own to provide the best services and practices. Mubadarat Al-Fujairah highlights the self-esteem and increased self-confidence and the ability to produce positively and increase the educational creativity level.
