NOMAD is the first prototype of its kind in the world to serve as an integrated development with combined centres of excellence for entrepreneurship, media, culinary arts, makerspace, gaming and technology. Located near Dubai Outlet Mall, the first phase is expected for launch in late Q1 2019, comprising of co-working and studio facilities, along with a pilot co-housing community.
