The National Center for Affordable Housing is a Not-for-Profit organization that has been formed to purchase abandoned and underutilized urban properties for conversion and modernization, so that they may be offered to individuals and families that could not normally afford such fine housing. This adaptive ruse will provide thousands of housing units while reducing urban sprawl, decreasing traffic congestion and reduced commuting times while beautifying and giving new life to blighted and eyesore properties and neighborhoods.
