National Federation for the Inclusion of Persons with Sensory Disabilities and DYS

FISAF, the National Federation for the Inclusion of Persons with Sensory Disabilities and DYS in France, created in 1925, recognized as a public utility, brings together 180 associations, institutions and services that host, train and support more than 16,000 people with sensory disabilities and DYS with or without associated disabilities through a network of 6,000 professionals representing more than 50 occupations. FISAF is a member of ANECAMSP, CNCPH, Comité d'Entente, Droit au Savoir, Collectif Français pour l'Emploi accompagné, Réseau francophone de la déficience sensorielle, signed partnership agreements with NEXEM, FEHAP, FHF, UNA… … Its objectives include: - to federate and defend member associations, institutions and services; - to promote innovation for a better quality of support; - to train professionals in the sector; - inform the community of the problems concerning persons with sensory impairments and negotiate the necessary policies with the public authorities; - to represent the members to national and international authorities and institutions; - to support its members in all their projects; - to network the skills needed to improve the quality of support for people with sensory disabilities. FISAF also offers qualifying training, specific to sensory handicap, Specific Language and Learning Disorders, but also training inherent to the organization and development of institutions
