Neuberger Berman High Yield Strategies Fund Inc. is a non-diversified, closed-end management investment company. The Fund seeks high total return (income plus capital appreciation). The Fund has assembled a portfolio that consists primarily of high yield debt securities, to pursue its investment objectives. The Fund normally invests at least 80% of its total assets in high yield debt securities of the United States and foreign issuers, which include securities that are rated below investment grade by a rating agency or are unrated debt securities determined to be of comparable quality by the Fund's investment manager. The Fund invests in sectors, including gaming, hotels, healthcare, gas distribution, metals/mining, food and drug retailers, and aerospace and defense, among others. Neuberger Berman Management LLC is the investment manager of the Fund.
