Yep! I truly believe even those new-to-fitness can and should use the term athlete.We ARE athletes, WE are Weekend Warriors . . . runners, cyclists, swimmers, outdoor enthusiasts and fans of fitness of all levels and abilities.If you work to find ways to fit moving your body in any way, shape or form into an already busy schedule and a cookie-cutter approach doesn't work, this is the place for you.
