Nyamughasana Community Conservation and Mountaineering Services (NYACOMOSE) was formed in January 2017 by concerned community resource persons and elders to mobilize the people to get organized when dealing with matters concerning environmental potentials around them and lay strategies to conserve them for economic purposes.It is a community based non-profit organization operating in the Sub Counties of Kyondo and Kyalhumba.Its contact office is found at Musasa trading centre neighbouring the newly established, Kyalhumba Town Council.The organization is taking a lead in environmental conservation and promotion of community tourism reaching the rich scenaries of River Nyamughasana valley up to its source in the Rwenzori Mountains.Our Mission: An enlightened community on the conservation the environment, promotion of positive culture, and tourismOur Vision: To create awareness on promotion of ecosystem along Nyamughasana basin and Rwenzori Mountains for sustainable development.Our Core Values: To promote a community that is responsible, tolerant, accountable, emphatically transformed, respectful, and working voluntarily to improve their livelihood for meaningful development
