The French Organization of International Cooperation is an association established in October 2012. Our main goal is to engage relations and exchange with other organizations, individual peoples, governments, insitutions throughout the world and especially in Europe, Middle East and North Africa. The projects, we are working on, are open to all fields of interest and to all countries.The OFCI's HQ has been established in Roubaix, a medium city of Northern France, with 100'000 inhabitants, by the past, Roubaix was the world capital of Textile and is still famous for cyclism (the Paris-Roubaix is broadcasted in 120 countries on TV). With Tourcoing and Lille, Roubaix is forming the only one conurbation of France where approximately 1'500'000 inhabitants are living.
