We want to help cyclists to keep pedaling, whatever obstacles they face.Ogden reflects our own experiences (my partner Sarah cycling through pregnancy and me cycling long journeys for a business meetings) and the experiences of our close ones (my dad suffering two heart attacks before he turned 60). We put all our knowledge and passion to create an electric bike that will assist people through their cycling life and to simply make it easy for them to keep up with their lifestyles.Our Inspiration came from discovering Ogden Bolton JR, a 19th century American inventor with a vision of future mobility. Ogden sat in his workshop while electric bike debates were happening around him. Like us he could see a demand and a future for Electric bikes, unfortunately he needed the technology to catch up with his passion. The Ogden 100 is the motivation you need to keep pedaling - it's the " CAN DO".Step through frame design plays a key role in this, filling you with confidence to hop on the bike, whether you're suited and booted or dressed for a tea dance. Bafang mid drive motor keeps weight distribution even and provides more intuitive and comfortable ride. Shimano internal gears let you change them at your convenience, both when stopped and on the move.
