OMClarkeQ has 5 tenets, Aware Learn Inspire Value Evolve (A.L.I.V.E). Literary works, presentations and imagery are currently used to support the ethos of OMClarkeQ. Created materials thus far includes two Leadership development guides, one for pilots and the other for operational technical professionals. Two aviation presentations were created; an introduction to offshore helicopter operations and the other an introduction to commercial airplane operations. It is envisioned that additional products will be created, focusing on the development of practical knowledge and skills across a myriad of industries.Art work is also presented. The images meant to stimulate our senses towards Mother Earth, Calmness and Life Balance. In the future, OMClarkeQ will expand to other art forms.
