The company was formed in July of 2003 and incorporated in September of 2004. ORCOM was originally established as Ortega Plumbing & Heating Inc. The company's specialized in plumbing and HVAC systems. In 2012 the U.S. Small Business Administration certified ORCOM is an 8(a), Small Disadvantaged Business. As our business continued to grow, so did our diversity. In August of 2017, Ortega Plumbing & Heating Inc. acquired a general contractor's license and changed it's name to ORCOM. The company continues to operate as a full service general contractor, capable of self performing large scale mechanical projects in house as well.
