OSI Staffing Services, Inc. was established in 1984 in response to requests by our parent company, Opportunity Search's clients for additional temporary and contract staffing options. Employees hired through OSI are assigned to our clients' facilities and are billed on a per hour basis. We manage all payroll and related employer taxes and insurances. Our no cost conversion (temp to perm) option is a great way to try our employees before making a full time commitment. This provides an excellent tool for evaluating employees prior to hiring them onto your payroll. This is often also used to spread the cost of the hire over time. OSI shares many of the highly skilled recruiting and research tools of our direct hire parent company, Opportunity Search, Inc. Our dynamic team provides OSI a distinct advantage in recruiting highly technical Engineering and Skilled Trades positions in addition to Administrative, Production & General Labor type positions.
