At Obvio, we are building Emily, a smart meeting assistant to manage enterprise meetings end-to-end. About 18-20 hrs of an employee’s time is spent on meetings every week. Time gets wasted in scheduling, managing and minuting. Emily eliminates these inefficiencies to save enterprises ~$30-40 billion/yr. Simply email Emily about a meeting and she takes care of the rest: finalizes schedule over email, listens-in to minute and moderate the meeting, and even propagates context (summaries, action items, etc.) to future meetings.People who would greatly benefit from Emily are multi-tasking business executives who need an assistant to manage meetings but cannot have one because of organizational/budget restrictions. Initial customers will include sales, marketing and management teams at Fortune 1000 companies, VC firms, startups, investment banks and consulting firms. We envision Emily to ultimately revolutionize enterprise collaboration workflows which are centered around meetings.
