(OTS) is a private, nonprofit 501(c) (3) public benefit corporation that was formed in 1974 for the purpose of providing job training and employment opportunities for the economically disadvantaged, unemployed, and underemployed persons in San Diego.OTS provides instructor-led training classes to individuals and businesses throughout San Diego. We offer half-day, full-day, and multi-day courses depending on the subject. In addition, we offer web-based training, either live through Skype or on recorded video for download or purchase on DVD.We specialize in providing expert software training to individuals and entire organizations.
