When atoms combine to form molecules, each atoms shares valence electrons until they attain 8 electrons. This chemical fundamental rule is named "Octet" rule.\　To take water as an example, Oxygen (O) with 6 electron and Hydrogen (H) with 1 electron creates Water (H2O) as a stable state where 8 electrons are shared within each others.\Water molecule has new function compared to each atom individually.\\　Our company strategy is to create an "Octet" relation sharing the technology with the customer and establish a "Solution" for a new function.
