Officer Selection Team Lexington, Kentucky is part of the Marine Corps Recruiting Command. We are responsible for recruitment and retention of Officer Candidates from every College and University throughout the state of Kentucky and Southwest Indiana. It is our mission to bring in the brightest minds, most physically fit and dedicated college students and graduates, to participate in our demanding Officer Candidate School program. This program offers students and recent college graduates the opportunity to experience Marine Corps culture first hand; and, if successful, earn the title of leader of Marines.
