The story of Official's Hub begins one cold Sunday afternoon in Troy, Michigan. Finding myself in need of a new officiating jersey, I was disappointed to see the limited amount and selection of equipment officials were offered and how unmaintained officiating retail sites truly were. Navigating from site to site and receiving terrible customer service along the way, it seemed to me that companies really didn't understand the needs officials or umpires, and instead were trying to make the quick sale. This is when I decided that with the job we do day in and day out deserves higher quality products and better customer service. That moment is when Official's Hub was born. Official's Hub was founded with the promise of treating all officials, no matter what sport or level, with dignity and respect.
