Michael Lin and Peter Moore have been involved in ministry leadership for over 25 years, and for the last 10 years or more, intensely involved in leadership training and development. Oilstone has the goal of investing our experience and skills in supporting competent ministry leaders develop their critical leadership skills in churches, university campuses, chaplaincy teams and various other ministry settings. Our passion is to support leaders in their life-long growth and fruitfulness.The concept of an oilstone - using a rock for sharpening - is one of the oldest pieces of 'technology' around. So too is learning on the job, with the support of another competent leader. Like using an oilstone, on the job training takes extra time and effort but it is still the way to get the sharpest edge.
