On Olimond you can either be the Asker or the Helper.- The Asker: request a service, name your price, pay only if satisfied.- The Helper: earn money by providing services.Olimond is about trust and honesty which is why we allow free decision making to the Asker, enabling them to pay depending on their satisfaction. We do have controls in place:1. Everyone gets reviewed: Both askers and helpers get reviews from each other.2. Disputes management: In case of dispute, claims can be filed from both parties. The claims are handled by the Olimond team. Any dishonest user will be publicly flagged or banned.Bottom line, users get credibility over time:- As an Asker, the more honest you are in paying for the services requested, the more credibility you gain. Helpers come to you faster if you have good ratings.- As a Helper, the more you complete jobs and get paid, the more credibility you gain. Good ratings increase your chances to be selected by Askers.
