GPUDigitalLab is a cloud based software platform for scientific computing. It uses the power of modern GPU as a processor for computations through Microsoft DirectCompute. At the core of the system it contains the computational engine for simulations. It is used to parallelize the processes of mathematical computations, perform the calculations using a set of predefined algorithms and visualise the animation of mathematical models using a set of 3D models and effects.The most innovative part of the system is the mechanism to analyze the complexity of the tasks. It is used to split complex simulations into a set of virtual agents with dedicated execution threads. The results of the computations are stored through out internal data analysis system.The graphics engine of the system is called Imagine3D.
