Our founder, Nawoda started in the cleaning industry over a decade ago as a subcontractor. Along the way he noticed that there were many challenges clients and the cleaners face due to unethical work behaviours of cleaning companies. He was very passionate about adding value to customers and also building a great team who enjoys what they do. He realised that by working only as a subcontractor he won't be able to achieve those. So he started One Direction Australia in 2007 In order to share his beliefs and values with the community.Since then One Direction Australia has come a long way. Now we are one of the most recognised and trusted commercial cleaning brands in Melbourne. We were able to build a team of like-minded individuals who believe in our core values as much as we do. Our team has grown to become one of the most talented and experienced in the commercial cleaning industry.
