One Goal Staffing is a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small business, focusing on assisting separating active-duty personnel and veterans find employment. Our senior management team has been in the military and understands, first hand, the unique issues and challenges military personnel and veterans face as they transition out of the armed services and into civilian life and workforce. Our goal is to harness the depth of experience and understanding of the particular issues facing military personnel and veterans and assist in placing them into meaningful employment positions that are well-matched to the skills of each individual candidate. Currently, military personnel and veterans are placed into positions that are not necessarily best-suited to their qualifications and often done so on the basis of expedience. We believe this process can be greatly improved, enhancing the likelihood candidates will be placed in well-matched positions that increase the possibility of them re-integrating successfully into the civilian workplace.
