One Perfect Circle Inc. or "OPC" is a California Nonprofit Public Benefit Corporation 501(c)(3). We assist underserved communities by offering opportunities to improve their quality of life through acquiring and renovating commercial buildings for small businesses and entrepreneurs. We are also renovating living quarters, which all qualified members within the community will occupy and only be responsible for the monthly maintenance costs.One Perfect Circle Inc., retains control and discretion as to the use of the funds and maintains records establishing that the funds are used for section 501(c)(3) purposes.
