ONE94 Renovations is run by me, Spencer Alongi. Construction is what I do and I love it! From interior renovations to exterior work I'll do it all! My background is in Tile and Stone work so I've developed a great passion for making things perfect. And because I started in the finishing trades I don't like to cut corners when working on the backend trades so you can have the confidence that every project will be done right! And if I don't know how to do something personally, I then rely on my network of highly trained and trusted professionals. Oh and because I took the time to license myself and my company I always make sure things are done to code and inspected when required. In the end what I'm trying to say is that I love my work and making things perfect for my clients. I love seeing people smile at the end of a job and knowing that I was able to make their dreams come true.
