OneCoach4U Sàrl is a new business in Luxembourg active in sports coaching and nutrition therapy. This company has been created to meet the growing demand from individuals, businesses and groups wanting to invest optimally towards a healthy lifestyle. We offer new fun training methods (CrossFit, Pilates, stretching, functional or dynamic muscle strengthening, etc) and nutritional monitoring to meet your specific requirements. We also organize business sporting events (e.g. team building, family day) and propose enjoyable sports themes for special events (ask about our selection of themes).The OneCoach4U team consists of course graduates who are motivated in sports such as running, cycling, basketball, overall fitness, triathlon, climbing, swimming and much more. We can thus offer you, from junior to senior, individual or in groups, training in these different activities. Our goal is to listen to what YOU want, advise you and plan "customized" sessions.
