The concept of Open Outcry Brewing Company was born out of a desire to scratch a creative itch, start a vibrant business in the city we live, and brew exceptional beer to share with our neighbors.Its been a long road to get here - from stove top brewing on nights and weekends, to stashing carboys in basements across the neighborhood, to hanging around breweries for the opportunity to scrub a mash tun - but this is where we belong.
