Opyne allows brands to crowdsource suggestions for improvement from their customers. Opyne is similar to Reddit, but for brand-specific ideas and innovations. Users provide new ideas for improvement and innovation on brand pages. Users also have the ability to upvote or downvote suggestions made by others, creating a dynamic list of ideas specific to each brand. Brands can choose to accept or reject these suggestions, and communicate next steps for accepted ideas.
