Orchard: Africa is on a mission to develop, equip and fund the local church to be the response to social and economic inequality. The church is our platform, programs are our tools and hope in Christ is our message.We empower local churches through four key programs: Food & Agriculture, Education, Care and Ministry. Each program has been developed in Southern Africa, by Southern Africans to ensure that it is practical, effective and sustainable through an established church and its leaders. We teach, train and fund these churches to implement our programs. Our hope is that individuals in an African community do not know who we are. Instead the communities look to their local church and the ministry it's providing. In all communities, we are committed to proving that the church is worth loving and that, when united, there's nothing it can't accomplish.
